It really feels like the classic games, with of course improved graphics and gameplay. My first playthrough took about 7.5 hours and I really enjoyed it. So much so that I ended up speedrunning it a second time right after to collect a missing scene I didn't see. There are several homages to the originals and Larry's sleaziness is still present while making fun of modern topics and bringing new humor to the franchise. So if you are a fan of the first 6 games, I can recommend this.. Terrible game, I played thru 5 minutes of the game. All I could possibly stand. If you are a fan of the old games in the series then stay away from this POS. Feels quite Larryesque to me, I'm having a lot of fun. There are some good references to the old games - love the age check, which was easier to pass than in my childhood, when we needed to try and error us through all the questions so we could play the game. :). As someone who has played every Larry Game, this is isn't full of stupid QTE and tries to do the other " good ones " justice. You can tell from the jokes they have played the other games and they were fans of it and tried to honor the great Larry legacy. Now as for the review from someone who completed the game in about 10 hrs. Some of the answers to the puzzle are so far fetched it's a pain to figure out, as others when you figure them out you will face palm yourself. The game is short and does reuse the scenes more than once, and yet did not feel repetitive. Sady as a $29.99 price tag sadly i'd say wait for a sale just because of the length of this game. As a larry fan i did enjoy, but just wanted moreI'd give it a 7.5 out of 10. The new LSL adventure is a very enjoyable adventure game and a suitable return to form for the old hero. Although some of the humor is less subtle than the original Al Lowe adventures, it works for the most part and most of the puzzles are enjoyable.Some of the gay scenes feel a bit off-character for Larry, but it's understandable that the developers would want to cover this topic in this day and age.Overall, I really enjoyed the game and hope that the game is commercially succesful so that we can have more Larry adventures in the future.
